Can’t really tell for sure because it is such an up and down process but I’m slightly feeling like I am getting back to a normal stage. Today was my first day off of work in five days, and for once I had nothing to do. Catching up on Netflix shows was much needed, and then I had a nap and woke up in a pretty good mood, overall I felt pretty positive for the most part of the day.
Relaxation is key.
Your body needs rest to start to rejuvenate. One day at a time.
It sucks but it’s all just a process… I try focusing on the end goal when I start to feel depressed, or like giving up. I would never forgive myself for giving up on a dream because of my perscription drugs.
Finally moving forward.
